Accounting Systems Analyst - International Oil & Gas - Direct Hire

The Accounting Systems Analyst will perform duties related to Hyperion systems maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in accounting and a technical aptitude.

PREFERRED SKILLS:JD Edwards & Hyperion experience
Degree in Accounting

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·  Support routine monthly tasks in Hyperion

·  Create and maintain Chart of Accounts & Business Unit Master Support

·  Create and maintain Address book task for new facilities, companies, remits, etc.

·  Create and maintain Grant of Authority

·  ACH Setup & Maintenance

·  Hyperion Analysis – May Include the following:

·  Develop, Test & Promote CCB’s for developments

·  Develop & Maintain Monthly Showcase Queries

·  Termination Reports

·  JD Edwards & Hyperion Support – May Include, HFM, FDM, MDM & Essbase

·  Monthly Updates

·  Monthly GL uploads

·  Implementations in DEV, QA & PD

·  User Security

·  Reports & Analysis

·  CCB Testing & Promotion

·  Maintain accurate records and supporting documents for all transactions

·  Check requests for accuracy and completeness.  Make corrections where necessary

·  Confirm requests are from a designated approver or Controller

·  Perform other routine maintenance and support duties in JD Edwards & Hyperion applications as necessary

·  Perform routine clerical duties as needed (file, copy, etc.)

·  Responsible for the safety and security of records and reports

·  Work assignment carried out to the highest quality level

·  Understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford

·  Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job
