Our Sales Representatives are highly motivated self-starters who seek challenge and reward with the intent of building long term relationships. Working in the Tampa, Lakeland, and Dade City areas, you will identify new business opportunities, meet with decision-makers, and service customer accounts. Sales representatives are required to meet monthly sales goals and are well acquainted with the communities in which they work, consisting of commercial, industrial, and residential customers. If this sounds like you, then we want you to be a part of our team!! Additional Responsibilities Include Use experience and thorough knowledge of the area to generate and follow-up on sales leads. Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns. Increase number of new propane installations. Extensive travel throughout Tampa, Lakeland, and Dade City. Provide positive leadership to location staff. Additional Requirements Include HS Diploma or Equivalent. 1-3 years outside sales experience. Strong interpersonal and written communication, problem solving, and presentation skills. Thorough, demographic knowledge of assigned territory. Ability to travel to areas within assigned territory in a timely manner. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation. Must provide own transportation for the first 6 months (with fuel reimbursement). **Customer service is paramount, but it isn't Suburban's only priority.
