ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: Energy Services

Recognized for outstanding energy services leadership, AMERESCO, Inc. seeks an Account Executive with solid knowledge of energy efficiency and conservation solutions, including demonstrated sales and project development success.  Key opportunity to strategically develop, drive, and close the sale of energy savings and renewable technology solutions within commercial, government, industrial, and institutional markets.

 

The Account Executive will cultivate long-term customer relationships for energy performance contracting services, identify and qualify energy efficiency projects (including facility upgrades, retrofit, and modernization), and partner with project teams to develop and produce customized proposals that include technical and financial solutions and deliver energy cost savings for AMERESCO customers.

 

REQUIREMENTS:5+ years proven track record bringing institutional, government, commercial and industrial energy services projects to contractual closure and executionBA/BS in Engineering, Business, or related field desirable Excellent sales negotiation, pricing, and closing techniquesDemonstrated verbal, written, computer communication and presentation skillsValid drivers’ license issued by state of residence and in good standingU.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status requiredMay be required to pass security clearance investigation Perform other duties as required.Overnight travel required.
