Accountabilities:

 

· Identify cause of tool to tool variation in Efficiency performance through analysis of production data.

 

· Identify cause of product performance excursions in a timely manner.

 

· Support daily root cause investigation into line to line performance variation. 

 

· Interface and establish working relationships with development engineering, manufacturing engineering and production personel to identify possible causes of performance variation.

 

· Communicate conclusions from data analysis in a clear and organized manner, both verbally and written. 

 

· Sustain and develop automated reports. 

 

· Support new line start ups as needed.

 



 

 

 

Education:

BS, majoring in Statistical Analysis, Mathematics or an Engineering discipline.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

 

· Demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis of large data sets including ANOVA, regression, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, partition of variance

· Ability to identify trends and patterns in production data, then determine root cause

· Ability to interface with process development and manufacturing engineering to determine root cause and corrective actions.

· Demonstrated proficiency with a Statistical software package

· MS Office

· MS Access

 

 

1-4 years of experience in the following areas:

 

·  Ability to automate data collection and reporting

·  Ability to Write queries in SQL

·  Ability to write scripts in JMP

·  Proficiency with a Data mining software application

· Proficiency with Clustering, Self Organizing Maps, Fault Detection and Classification

· Statistical Process Control (SPC)

·  Ability to interpret analytical measurement results such as SEM and compositional analysis techniques

·  Demonstrated proficiency in Device Physics
