Job Responsibilities: Warehouse Team Facilitator Responsibilities: 20% - Work with sales organizations to properly keep them up to date on status of a particular shipment 20% - Work with direct manufacturing personell to ensure materials counts are accurate and accounted for in our business systems 20% - Work with purchasing to work out issues with receiving material into the system 20% - Work with other factories to coordinate shipments of sub components either in or out of the factory 20% - Coordinate pick up and delivery of product to the customer Secondary Functions: Walk the factory floor and do 5S audits to ensure cleanliness and safety Maintain proper licences to operate material handling equipment Participate in factory safety team Education High School Diploma Experience 2 yrs shipping operations Oracle, Lotus Notes Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Must work well with other teams and have a good attitude.
