Immediate Opening: Warehouse/Logistics Specialist at VIZIO, Inc.

 

For the Warehouse/Logistics Specialist position in Irvine, Calif., VIZIO is seeking process-oriented candidates with experience in shipping and receiving. Candidates must be forklift certified and have 3-5 years experience in warehouse/inventory control. This position is for an 8 a.m.-5 p.m. full-time shift.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management – monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy and organization

·  Receive all incoming material at Irvine Warehouse

·  Receive and maintain detailed receiving records of all TV’s and TV RMA’s received

·  Receive, process, and disposition all RMA’s in NetSuite

·  Pick, Pack, and Ship 100% accessory/parts orders on a daily basis

·  Monitor fulfillment reports daily

·  Responsible for procurement of spare parts & accessories

·  Responsible for warehouse cleanliness, organization, and flow

·  Cross-train with other SCM specialists to assist during overflow and absences

·  Perform any directly related appropriate duties as assigned

·  Keep detailed and accurate records of all transaction

·  Schedule occasional LTL shipment

·  Interact with all departments company wide



Required Experience:

 

·  Experience in Shipping and Receiving processes

·  Inventory Control Experience

·  Ability to work independently towards a common team goal

·  Team oriented and flexible to handle various responsibilities

·  High energy, self motivated, and quick thinking

·  Good problem solving abilities

·  Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

·  Minimum 3-5 years experience in Warehouse/Inventory Control

·  Experience in Shipping and Receiving processes

·  Forecasting and procurement knowledge

 

Education / Professional Certifications:

·  Forklift certified

·  High School Diploma and or equivalent work experience
