Our 24 / 7 operation allows for every other weekend off and the schedule alternates every 2 weeks (3 days one week and 4 days the second week).

 

We are looking specifically for experience in repairing Applied Materials Etch and Thin Film equipment as well as MRC metal deposition equipment.

 

In this position, you will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the semiconductor manufacturing process. You will dismantle, adjust, repair and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches, drawings and specifications . In addition, you will use test and diagnostic equipment to verify proper performance. Rebuilding of manufacturing equipment and equipment assemblies is required. You may perform and determine equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers

 

The successful candidate will possess an Associates degree in electronics technology or equivalent, such as military training plus 2 years experience. Experience in the general maintenance and repair of equipment used in Thin Film, Implant and Etch . You will be trained in the use of a respirator to be worn in a routine and/or emergency situation. Initial and annual medical clearance for use of a respirator is required.
