Are you a goal oriented person with a dynamic personality and experience in a sales/customer service environment? If so, we are definitely looking for you! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to fill a full-time B2B Telemarketing Associate position.

 

This position is responsible for:Qualifying leads introducing contractor/installers to ICC product Soliciting business over the telephone and directing contacts to Regional Sales personnel Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to queries Maintain accurate database records for contacts, activities, and results Developing and managing telephone script

 

QualificationsStrong experience in outbound call center and heavy use of telephone and scripts Detail oriented and self-starter who can maintain call rate to achieve call time and contact objectives Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word and Excel

Work hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job location: La Mirada, CA (near the 5 and 91 freeway junction)
