TECHNICAL LEADER – SOLAR MARKET

Several of our customers identify Amphenol as a strategic supplier in the Solar Market of connector products, and Amphenol is and plans to be a leader in the Solar Connect Market.

 

Your primary focus within the Solar Energy Business will be Solar Power Generation.  As a Technical Leader you will lead the technical direction in the Solar Market for Amphenol.  You will be in the Solar Marketplace with exposure to a worldwide customer base and worldwide Amphenol design facilities.

 

Key requirements:

· A passion for Solar Power Generation Technology

· Understands and maintains control of compressed product development cycles

· Interested in working with global customer base

· Able to communicate complicated technical concepts to our customer audience

· Self-motivated

 

The ideal candidate will have a mix of project management, marketing, sales, and engineering background.  Experience in prototyping and new product launches is valuable.  Technical competence in electrical and mechanical design arenas is important.  Willingness to travel to varied and interesting locations both domestically and internationally.  Minimum of five years of directly related experience in Solar Market is required.
