As the Technology Services Manager, you will manage a multi-million dollar business with 50+ employees. Main responsibilities will include growing our network services business; maintaining exceptional customer service and satisfaction through the day-to-day leadership; and supervision of a team of pre and post solutions engineers, field service technicians, and customer relations representatives. Responsibilities also include:*Ensuring timely, quality service and high level of customer satisfaction. *Integrating the service function with all associated departments. *Directing the coordination of technical and administrative field service work that may include some or all of a variety of service related activity, i.e., contract maintenance (time and material) service agreement renewals with retained accounts; service dispatch; product installation and repair; and equipment parts and tool inventory maintenance. *Working with the Sales Engineers in driving the sales of network services by expanding our technology offerings with new and existing key accounts. *Establishing a network service team comprised of engineers, sales representatives, and customer system specialists to achieve network services annual sales goals within the district. *Personally targeting and contacting top area accounts at the executive level to discuss network analysis and hardware/software offerings. *Establishing operational policies and procedures for organization activities. *Providing technical (functional) and other training opportunities to ensure staff development and effective contribution to the overall operation.*Developing and reviewing service profit/loss objectives against plan, analyzing the costs/revenues, and establishing a proactive cost control containment program to meet profit/loss objectives. *Reporting on all aspects of service operation, i.e., operating costs, average response time, resolution rates, customer satisfaction data, etc., to corporate organizations as necessary. *Planning for new product launches, ensuring appropriate staff is trained, special tools and unique parts are readily available prior to installation, and necessary documentation and/or reporting requirements are followed. *Maintaining close liaison with other functional organizations to ensure product service is in tune with all matters that may impact the organization and customer satisfaction. Providing coaching and mentoring of subordinate employees and advice and counsel on employee development and performance related issues. *Will have organizational budget accountability ensuring expenditures meet corporate requirements. *Selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. *Interfacing with the District?s top highest revenue generating accounts on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. Qualified candidates will posses :*Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, or Engineering; *At least 5 years of experience in IT or a service organization specialty; *At least 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
