Our client, a leader in the industry, is looking for a Program Manager like you to bring your skills and experience to lead efforts in the development on thin film transistors and flexible circuits. You will manage the full lifecycle of programs aimed at the implementation of manufacturing lines for next generation printed electronics. This managerial role will include leading a skilled team of process and equipment engineers to deliver:-Manufacturing line requirements-Process flows and system designs-Custom equipment requirements and candidate suppliers-Procurement of equipment and services-System integration and characterization efforts-Manufacturing line start-upVolt Professional Search specializes in procuring superior engineering talent, relying on our industry expertise, Six Sigma processes and creativity to deliver top candidates for these hard-to-fill positions. Requirements: The successful candidate in this role will have:-A minimum of 10 years total experience in the semiconductor fabrication or flexible circuit fabrication field with at least the last 5 years in Program Management or Systems Engineering Management-Ability to direct a multi-disciplined engineering team including experience with geographically distributed teams-Experience with cost estimating, cost reporting, scheduling and running complex programs within schedule and budget constraints-Implementation and use of key program management support systems including planning and tracking tools, version and configuration management systems, test planning and tracking systems-PMI certification is desirableIf you or someone you know would be an outstanding candidate for this world-class opportunity, send us your resume (preferably in MS Word) describing your skills, experience and motivations.
