70,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD /year Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Building Construction/Skilled Trades Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Company: Synerfac Technical Staffing Email: Apply by Email Website: www.synerfac.com Sustainability Technology Leader Our client located in the suburbs of Philadelphia is looking for an experienced, dedicated and technically savvy individual to join their growing organization.  The ideal individual will work with an assigned business group to deliver and support the development and growth of the construction pull through controls business, LEED opportunities, provide technical support and high tech business solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: o Serves as the primary point of contact for our client's BAS products and expert knowledge on all technical solutionso Develops and implements Integrated Solutions and execution plans for the following: HVAC systems  Multiple building control systems  Web based interface  Sustainability Services  Energy Services  FDA Certification  Remote Reporting  LEED Solutions  Green Building Solutions  â€œPackagedâ€� controls sales solutions  Identify Control Upgrades  Construction pull through  Service contract cost reductions  Technical Service Solutionso Develops new business created from our installed controls customer baseo Develops and maintains an ongoing customer target list from our client's installed and competitor installed systemso Provides company wide technical support for all existing and new products o Follows up and provides solutions for warranty, service, retrofit and new installation problems and issueso Make solo and joint sales calls as required to meet growth expectationso Provide training as required for in-house personnel and customerso Provide back up for Sustainability Services as requiredOther Responsibilities:• Prioritizes workload and request to ensure customer and employee satisfaction are delivered.• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. • Prepares reports and correspondence and maintains files.• Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities. • Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, and fax, calculator, shredding machine and copy machine. • Communicate verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions. Provide accurate and timely information.• Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures. • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.• Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.Requirements: Minimum of five years experience of installation, servicing and operation of Building Automation Systems. Must have a working knowledge of HVAC systems operations and the ability to integrate multiple manufacturers’ systems into a common working platform. Must have ability to retrieve data and create customized reports as required to support all services. Must be able to communicate effectively both in person and over the telephone. Must be verbally engaging. Must be highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task. Must be able to recognize business growth opportunities as well as steer customer conversations to create opportunity. Associates Degree or equivalent certificate courses desired. Able to commute reliably to office base.  Able to work extended hours on occasions when required.
