Supplier Quality Engineer - E/M, Cables, Harnesses
Investigate quality issues for cables, electro-mechanical components and assemblies. Contact supplier to review Root Cause and Corrective Actions to resolve quality issues. Review Material Notice at a daily MRB meeting. Contact suppliers and track progress. Provide updates of Material Notices at weekly MN meeting. Review proposed upgrades from the development group and provide assistance to suppliers for upgrade plans. Create and track Technical Action Request. Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing degree and/or related experience as follows: design and fabrication of cables, harnesses and/or mechanical components, including sheet metal, machined parts, and assemblies. Supply chain experience with supplier contact and SAP knowledge.
