Supplier Quality Engineer
Supplier Quality Engineer
Due to continued market growth Career Concepts has been asked to conduct a search for a Supplier Quality Engineer for a world leader in consumer products. Candidates must be able to accept responsibility for moving the organization forward to the next level of manufacturing while standardizing current business practices. This position will have multiple site responsibility and the SQE must be prepared to operate in a cross–functional team environment. The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
· BS Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a technical discipline.
· Candidates should have ISO/QS 9000 implementation experience.
· Be a Certified QE, or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
· Have experience with lean manufacturing methods.
· Five - Ten years in a manufacturing environment.
· Three years Supplier Quality Engineer experience.
· Demonstrate enthusiastic leadership abilities.
· Show three years of success as a leader.
· Have excellent communication skills.
· Be a “Hands On” Engineer.
