Atmel Is Currently Seeking a Stock Plan Administrator. 

 

The succesful candidate will be an experienced professional administrator who handles the day to day stock option transactions including grants, exercises, transfers, dispositions, accelerations and ISO limit rule compliance, and RSU processes.  In addition, the successful candidate will:

 

-Provide stock plan analysis to executive staff to ensure internal equity.

-Evaluate best practices and developments in applicable laws to drive changes in stock plan implementation.

-Maintain accurate and up to date stock plan records utilizing Equity Edge software.

-Handle employee stock benefit questions and ensure accurate, legal, and timely closure of issues.

-Manage broker relationships and develop employee communication and education programs in partnership with the HR department.
-Process daily exercises with brokers.

 -Administer bi-annual ESPP purchase events.

 

Qualifications:

 

-BS/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience required.

-Minimum of 5+ years stock administrator experience required.

-The ability to work within a team environment and to display flexibility with regard to work assignments. 

-Accounting knowledge (FAS123R) and high tech experience are required.

-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and Equity Edge required.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

-CEP certification desired.
