Staff Accountant - General

Toshiba Business Solutions-Kentucky, a subsidiary of Toshiba Corporation, a $53 billion dollar leader in digital technology, is recruiting for a Staff Accountant position for the Louisville, KY corporate office.

 

Toshiba operates several subsidiaries that sell and service their line of office products including high speed digital copiers, facsimiles, laptops, and LCD projectors. Toshiba Business Solutions-Kentucky has been serving the marketplace for over 20 years providing office solutions specializing in digital copiers, printers, and imaging solutions.

 

The successful candidate will possess a BS/BA Accounting or Finance, with 1 –3 years experience. Must have professional appearance, strong communication and organization skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Oracle experience a plus.

 

 

Responsibilities included but not limited to with this position as follows:

Prepare balance sheet, reconciliations

Reconcile cash/bank deposits daily

Prepare journal entries

Assist in monthly close process

Assist with financial reporting

Assist with fixed asset tracking

Prepare purchase orders/maintain equipment product codes

Assist with physical inventory

Other duties as assigned
