Job Description
Seeking Senior Systems Analyst with experience in Advanced Planning systems, focusing on Demand Planning and Customer Forecast Processes.
. Will act as IT systems analyst with responsibility for planning, conducting and directing analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
. Will also be responsible for demand planning and customer forecast application implementation/post-implementation support in production environment.
. Will interact as IT contact with business unit customers to facilitate identification of process improvements, system design, testing and implementation of complex solutions.

Skills/Experience
. Must be competent in activities within application development life cycle including requirement analysis, detailed design and implementation management.
. Must have both functional knowledge and technical competence.
. Must be able to evaluate, recommend and implement automation solutions to support activities of business unit.
. Must be able to interface with the user community, IT development teams and Oracle & RapidResponse support teams.
. Requires solid communication skills to convey both technical and non-technical concepts to a wide audience.
. Must be able to work in and with other teams and as an individual contributor.
. Requires minimum 10 years experience in IT with a focus on ERP systems and/or planning systems.

Additional Skills
Advance Planning Systems (APS) application experience (RapidResponse, i2, Manujistics, APO).
RapidResponse (Webplan) experience a plus.
Oracle E-Business Application experience.
Supply Chain experience (supporting and defining processes).
Experience with demand planning and/or customer forecast applications a plus.
Experience with both in-house development solutions and implementation of vendor delivered applications preferred. Strong project management to drive systems implementation based on analyst.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology required.
