Sr. Product Test Engineer (ATE)

Located in: San Jose, CA 95101 In this highly visible role, you will utilize your in depth knowledge in memory test development by writing and debugging test programs in C on Nextest and Credence Testers for next generation NAND Flash products. You will be engaged with various system interfaces, analyzing data, solving problems, debugging and characterizing new products,  troubleshooting hardware and software, etc. Additional responsibilities include working cross functionally through the development phase with hardware, software, product engineering, etc. to debug any issues that may come up. Successful candidates for this position will have: In-depth knowledge of ATE Test Development experience on Memory devices. NAND experience is considered a plus, but not required. Proficiency in writing code in C and/or C++. Strong problem solving and debugging skills. Oscilloscope and logic analyzer analytical skills. Additionally, candidates should be self motivated, self directing, and have the ability to work with cross functional teams.  Education:BSEE/MSEE, or equivalent. Join Us!
