Job Responsibilities: SUMMARY OF JOB / RESPONSIBILITIES: • Participate in the development of the APC/HBN Network Closet Solutions Strategy. • Develop the Network Closet business plan to integrate into the overall APC business strategy • Develop and assist with the execution of the Network Closet Solution roadmap, portfolio, and governance model to support APC/HBN business strategy. • Develop key goals and KPIs for the Network Closet Solution • Deliver specified revenue and margin targets within a defined budget; including the management of the growth and profitability of the Network Closet Solutions business globally. • Evangelize continuous improvement in all Solutions & Processes, to eliminate waste in support a “lean” environment. • Report monthly updates for accountability on the health and status of the business. Includes but is not limited to: Financials Sales Market Analysis (i.e. IT “wave” identification, total available market, etc) Systems Development Supply Chain Process Improvement Systems Level Quality • Responsible for ensuring the following groups are engaged to support the business as required: Sales Marketing Service Customer Support Training Supply Chain Order Management Finance Legal IT HR Product Groups • Engage with sales personnel on high visibility opportunities.
