Through our Climate Control Technologies sector and Thermo King and Hussmann brands, we provide global solutions for the transportation and retail refrigeration market.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Import/Export Compliance Specialist at our Bridgeton, MO headquarters. As the Senior Import/Export Compliance Specialist you will: Act as lead specialist in providing import/export regulatory support to the Americas Region (Canada, Mexico, USA, and Brazil). Coordinate training program for new employees, internal and external customers, as well as suppliers. Support all regulatory needs of the department such as HTS Classification, Country of origin documentation, NAFTA Analysis, etc. Oversee performance of customs brokers through monthly audits, KPI reporting, and quarterly meetings. Seek out and implement IT solutions to secure regulatory compliance. Be responsible for import/export compliance training programs. Assist manager to develop team members' technical skills to build strength of team. Back up manager as needed. Provide additional support as necessary.

Qualifications: Proficeint in Excel, Word, and Power Point. The ability to travel approximately 25 % of the time. Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 4 yrs experience in Trade Compliance. Must have in depth knowledge and experience with HTS classification, Country of Origin documentation, NAFTA analysis, broker coordination. Access, Oracle, and International logistics experience desriable.
