As a Sr. Field Service Copier and Network Technician, you will be responsible for on-site post-sale installation, maintenance, and repair of company products and systems, including hardware, software, and networking products, including implementing solutions to a wide range of difficult service issues.Responsibilities include:*Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative maintenance procedures*Using diagnostic tools, service aids, and product schematics to assess and resolve equipment and system failures*Maintaining current technical knowledge, certifications, and expertise on all product enhancements, technology changes, and new product introductions*Providing technical assistance and training as needed*Building a customer relationship based on trust, dependability, timely responsiveness, and sensitivity to their business needs*Providing assistance to less experienced field service repair associates for developing/improving proficiency in diagnostic techniques, parts utilization, planning, documentation, etc. To qualify, you must possess:*6 or more years of directly related experience with office equipment *High school diploma; Bachelors degree preferred*Electronics, similar vocational training, or equivalent experience*Certifications: Comptia A+, Net + or MCSE*Effective communication, time management, organizational, and analytical skills*Strong teamwork and customer relations skills*Advanced knowledge of PC and associated software applications, and application of diagnostic tools*Knowledge of service organization practices and proceduresOnly those candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted.
