Sr. Field Applications Engineer CA3494
Technical support for Vitesse Global/Tier 1 effort in SF Bay Area. Responsible for solving technical issues between Vitesse Products and Customer Applications. Must fully understand the technical aspects of all Vitesse products and have the ability to present and convey the technical merits to the customer. Must have very good basic understanding of both data and telecommunications industry and applications with the ability to identify and make recommendations for matches with Vitesse Products. Strong understanding of communications design and applications. Optical background and high-speed backplane design a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills. 2-4 years high-speed digital design experience required. BSEE required. Vitesse offers a competitive salary and immediate, comprehensive benefits package.
