Responsibilities

 Director level management of a custom circuit and RTL IC design team, reporting to the Vice President of EngineeringResponsible for all aspects of design engineering of IDT’s Networking Division productsFunctions include device specification, architecture, schematic capture, HSPICE simulation, parasitic extraction, IC layout, timing analysis, Verilog RTL design & verification, Synopsys synthesis, Verilog logic simulation, DFT & DFM logic insertion and analysis, LVS & DRC verification.Project management of multiple simultaneous complex projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

 



Requirements

 BSEE (MSEE preferred) +10 years experience in custom circuit IC design and RTL designMinimum of 5 years experience managing high-performance design engineering teamsStrong team leadership & people management skillsStrong technical expertise in all aspects of IC design engineering including transistor level circuit design and RTL logic designStrong project management skillsDirect experience with design of custom logic and memory circuitsDirect experience with RTL design and commercial tool flowsWorking knowledge of IP networking protocols and applicationsAbility to work effectively with test & product engineering, other design teams, marketing & product management organizationsMust be self-motivated, results-oriented and have a passion for success
