Sr Brand Manager - be brand thought leader for Price Pfister, a national brand with #1 retail spot

In addition to assuming ownership of brand strategy for Price Pfister, a national brand commanding the number one retail position, you will join a world-class marketing organization with solid people and a great culture. While this role offers plenty to keep you challenged for some time, we are looking for impact players with the aptitude and ambition to grow within the Hardware and Home Improvement group (BDHHI) or at our parent corporation, Fortune 400 Black & Decker. Your mission will be to provide a new level of strategic thought leadership for the brand, building collaborative relationships with internal and external clients to drive measurable improvements to brand performance. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant in-store merchandising experience in consumer goods, including a successful track record of managing a substantial refresh of a major brand. We're looking for a professional with a demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership to drive measurable improvements in a brand with revenues of at least $300 million. You'll also need excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and to drive consensus through influence.
