Our Square D Services business is one of our fastest growing segments. The Services Team works on electrical and automation control equipment and provides onsite repair and maintenance, custom equipment design, wiring, installation & testing, and start-up & commissioning of Schneider Electric equipment. We have 24 service districts that provide opportunities all across the United States. Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for scheduling and tracking field service activities of assigned service personnel from various locations to install, inspect, repair, etc. Acts as a liaison between Service Location Manager and the customer on project completion. Provides remote or on-site technical direction and diagnostic assistance. Analyzes, tests, and communicates equipment performance reports. Responsible for directing the coordination of technical support and materials / equipment for on-site jobs, including activities such as installation, inspection, repair, preventative maintenance, engineering change upgrades, etc. Performs pre-job planning of all personnel and materials / equipment. Schedules personnel responding to critical situations. Reports on usage of time. Provides remote or on-site technical direction and diagnostic assistance to resolve complex or unusual equipment failures on large on-site jobs. Acts as a liaison between Service Location manager and the customer on project completion. Coordinates the completion and delivery of customer equipment test reports. Resolves production and/or shipping scheduling orders in order to complete projects as scheduled. Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained. Performs special projects as needed.
