As a member of the Application Development Group, you will be responsible for the day-to-day quality and integrity of our Warehouse Management Systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ·Capturing customer requirements and performing analysis for the design, development and implementation of technical products and systems ·Monitoring and maintaining warehousing applications to ensure reliability/functionality ·Serve as a focal point subject matter expert of warehousing activities ·Domestic and International travel may be required BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: ·Bachelor level degree in a CS discipline OR 5 years of relevant experience ·Hands on experience with C, ProC, PL/SQL in a Unix environment ·Database experience ·Experience in software development of applications from the requirements gathering phase to design, development, testing, implementation and documentation of the application ·Ability to work effectively with other functional technical areas ·Excellent analytical and problem solving skills ·Ability to acquire and maintain thorough knowledge of business processes ·Ability to monitor and manage the progress of tasks ·Excellent customer service skills ·Strong written and verbal communication skills ·Must be available for off-hour support on a rotational basis PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ·Experience in development/support/implementation of warehousing applications ·Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports is a plus Experience with Oracle database ·Experience with Unix shell scripting ·XML experience ·Experience with a GUI development tool We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, employee stock ownership plan, health and dental plans, 401(k), and a unique sabbatical program.
