Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Maritime electronics sales and service organization is seeking a shipping and receiving clerk with the following qualifications and relevant experience.

Requirements / Responsibilities:Shipping & ReceivingChecking for accuracy and document condition of incoming shipmentsPreparing necessary shipping documentationData EntryMaintain shipping and receiving logMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Participation in semi annual physical inventory and weekly cycle countsMaintain the accuracy of inventory and re-order levels for spare parts and finished goodsKeep the warehouse clean and organizedTimely processing of branch transfers and returns

Haz Mat Certification A+

Ability to multi-task, fill in and cross train in all areas of the Central Warehouse

Excellent organizational skills a must, lots of paperwork involved

Positive attitude, self motivated, team player that is able to work on their own with good communication skills and customer service skills

Must be reliable, and responsible with a stable work history

Must be computer literate, Excel and Great Plains A+

This is a salaried position, with some occasional overtime.  We are a 24 / 7 / 365 operation, with on call rotation duties
