Job Description
**Please Note - This position is for a 6 Month Contract **
This position requires the ability to solicit, evaluate, negotiate, create, maintain, renew, and manage major staffing agreements for the Qualcomm contingent workforce staffing organization. Requirements include developing long term vendor relationships and evaluating vendor success in following the terms of the agreement in areas such as invoicing, sourcing and submittal process, subcontracting, human resources processes, etc. Ideal candidate will work in collaboration and coordination with many support groups within Qualcomm that are impacted by the staffing agreements, areas such as accounts payable, HR, procurement, finance, payroll, and IT. In addition, this individual will work to develop and administer training programs to educate vendors and customers on the HR staffing process related to utilizing and supplying contingent workers.
This person will be responsible for improving the vendor management process by creating and evaluating performance metrics, evaluating the need for Service Level Agreements, developing a program around bill rates and rate managment, and ensuring vendor performance and accountability.In addition, this person will be responsible for instituting corrective measures and business plans to ensure ongoing compliance.
Skills/Experience
. 3+ years experience working with in the staffing industry.
. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
. Proven negotiating skills.
. Ability to read, interpret, administer and write contracts.
Additional Skills
Knowledge of Human Resources laws, and practices related to services procurement.
Education Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
