TESSCO is seeking a talented Sr. Test Engineer to join our Product Quality Engineering team. Work within a dynamic team to enhance product quality assurance systems from concept specification through customer satisfaction.  You will also work on product realization effort, ISO standards maintenance, product development, and operations efforts.

 Required Skills

Review engineering specifications to ensure the inclusion of adequate quality, safety, and reliability requirements Drive corrective actions and failure analysis Perform failure analysis of defective electrical products from the field by sales or customersDevelop test procedures and documentationMaintain records of all analysis and inspections and report on defects foundResearch specification requirements-industry and regulatorySupport 3rd party testingSupport operations automation and process designRequired Experience

Bachelors degree in engineering required, BSEE preferred Minimum 8 years in design and manufacturing electronic and electro -mechanical assemblies, including PCB level engineering and testing.  PCB Layout and troubleshooting. Test plan development-SOP documentation. Plastics and mechanical assembly experience.
