Senior Reliability Equipment Technician

Philips Lumileds Lighting is currently seeking a Senior Reliability Equipment Technician to support our Reliability Lab and Product Development engineers. Duties include but not limited to:Perform reliability test, data analysis and present test results in table/graphic format. Utilize Microsoft Excel macro to create new template to analyze the test data of special test experiments for engineers. Assist engineer in design, construct, and evaluating environmental test system. monitors processes and equipment to ensure it is functioning to specifications.Install and set new reliability test equipment and fixtures.Create programs to analyze and process reliability data.Maintain department software library and perform scheduled backups.
Requirements:AA/AS degree in a technical field (Engineering degree preferred).2-5 years of relevant reliability experience.Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Excel Macro, Visual Basic programming.Knowledge of basic statistics and ability to solve complex problems.Demonstrated ability to use a wide variety of electronic measurement tools and equipment.
