Senior EPI Process Engineer
Sierra Solar Power is currently seeking an Engineer to develop EPI process and hardware. We are looking for an enthusiastic person eager for EPI process and hardware development. A healthy mix of innovation and investigation with design for manufacturability, yield, performance and reliability. The engineer will work with a wide ranging team of other engineers and technicians from R&D to the high volume manufacturing line in a fast paced, interactive environment. Principal Responsibilities
 EPI process module and hardware development. Trouble shoot process and hardware issues. Interface to different teams for the related issue. Optimize EPI process to improve EPI quality. Provide support to all EPI metrologies tools. Transfer the module technology to manufacturing.

Qualifications
 More than 5 years of EPI process experience Well-versed in Silicon EPI process development. In-depth knowledge of Si defect detection and categorization Strong analytical capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work well in a team environment

Education
  a M.S. or a Ph.D. degree in E.E., Chem. E., Material Science, Physics or Chemistry.
