Senior Cost Accountant

Our client, a manufacturing organization in the northwest suburbs, is looking for a skilled Senior Cost Accountant to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:Prepare cost variance reportsCompile consolidated financial statement packagesUpdate standard material costs on monthly basisImprove costing and pricing matrices Perform analysis of risk

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or FinanceAt least five years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong Excel and system skillsStandard costing experience Able to work in fast paced environment and lead initiative for change and efficiency
