Senior Business Process Analyst

Job Responsibilities: The Business Process Analyst on the Marketing Operations team is responsible for identifying, documenting and improving business process activities to meet the goals of the business. The person in this position will analyze complex business problems and propose solutions using process and system automation. The position will focus on core marketing processes including but not limited to advertising, events, direct marketing and Channel partner programs. Specific responsibilities include: • Defining business rules and translating requests into business requirements • Communicating requirements to Business System Analysts • Validating functional requirements and system specifications to ensure they meet the needs of the business process • Process and System Testing • Troubleshooting and resolving process-related issues • Maintaining process documentation including process change orders • Coordinating cross-functional (and multi-system) process development • Identifying opportunities to improve process • Training individuals who execute processes Qualified candidates will possess a 4-year degree in Business / Marketing, MIS, or related fields and 5-9 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst. Project Management certification (PMP) preferred. The candidate should have a solid understanding of core business processes, experience with process definition and strong project management skills. Very good verbal and written communication skills are required as are strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project. Candidate must have demonstrated problem solving, analytical and time management skills. International/domestic travel may be required.
