We are currently looking for a full-time Senior Systems/Applications Engineer for our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.
Job Summary: Level III / IV Engineer
Engineer’s responsibilities include defining and debugging analog IC products, developing reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training. Products are analog / mixed-signal IC’s and may include: power management, signal management and analog functions.
Essential Functions:
Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define and debug analog IC products.Evaluate new products and generate reports Develop application reference circuits.Defining system architecture Write datasheets, application notes, design notes. Provide application support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers
Qualifications:
PhD or equivalent with 5+ years of Analog / Mixed–Signal IC experience.Has the ability to exercise good judgment in applying Engineering specifications / proceduresExcellent communication, writing and presentation skillsPossess hardware implementation skills Ability to analyze complex analog and power electronic circuitAbility to define new system architecture circuit with guidance
