Position Summary

This is a production and supervisory position in which the person will prioritize programming manufacturing jobs, supervise a small crew of operators while also participating in the programming process.This is a hourly position that reports to the Programming Depart. Manager. There are currently two positions available, one from 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and the other from 9:50 p.m. to 5:05 a.m., Monday through Friday.

Primary Responsibilities

* Oversee Programming production
* Prioritize Work-In-Process (WIP)
* Manage & monitor Programming WIP
* Operate Programming equipment and make machine changeovers as required for different jobs


Requirements

* Strong electro-mechanical trouble shooting skills  ** * Knowledge on the operation of BP Microsystems Automatio Machines     * Minimum 5 years production experience in the operation of programming equipment
* Manufacturing, semiconductor and/or electronics/technology industry experience required
* Good customer service and phone etiquette skills required
* Must have very good computer and typing skills
* Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task
* Proficient with Excel, Word & Outlook
* Candidate should have excellent communication skills, be team-oriented, be trustworthy and have a positive attitude.
* No on-going travel requirements except for special situations
