Kelly Direct is looking for Experienced Semiconductor Maintenance Technicians. Maintenance Technician Level 3 and 4 -BENEFITS START YOUR FIRST DAY-RELOCATION IS AVAILABLE-COMPENSATION IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE Summary: Perform complex electrical maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Train and guide Maintenance Level 1 Technicians.Principal Duties and Responsibilities: -Senior level electrical maintenance position and/or cal lab and gage tracking, which may include shift work.-May be assigned to support any production area, to include Epi or Wafer Fab as deemed necessary.-Learns and follows all safety policies and chemical handling guidelines. -Keeps and maintains a clean and orderly work area.-Performs complex electrical maintenance work with little or no supervision or guidance. Able to troubleshoot problem areas. Brings forward alternative solutions to problems. Communicates effectively with operations to ensure that maintenance needs are properly coordinated with production requirements. Identifies maintenance repair parts required and communicates needs to ensure that a sufficient inventory is maintained.Minimum Requirements:Associates Degree in a related fieldminimum of 5 years electrical maintenance experience in the semiconductor industry.
