Semiconductor Equipment Engineers and Technicians
NSTAR Global Services is seeking Semiconductor Equipment Engineers, Field Service Engineers, and Technicians responsible for the installation, certified warranty work, sustaining maintenance, etc. of semiconductor capital equipment made by some of the largest equipment manufacturers in the industry.
Compensation is $25/hour AND UP depending on experience, proficiency, assigned tool, and location.

Technical Skills:
· You must be proficient on the primary toolset and demonstrate the ability to learn new tolls or tasks while on site.
· You must perform specified duties with limited support or assistance.
· You will provide nothing less than high-quality performance of repairs, installs, or any other assigned tasks, while actively responding to any fab issues by communicating with other engineers, and by participating in escalation conference calls.
· You will follow all checklists and procedures. Schematics will be available prior to performing work..
· You must be able to consistently operate in high pressure or ambiguous situations.
· You will perform BKM's, and actively engage in the use of knowledge-management systems, while complying with all IP guidelines.
· You must comply with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrate
safety as a strong personal value.
Educational Requirements:ASEET or equivalent and 3-5 years electro mechanical experience, or BSEET or equivalent and 2-4 years electromechanical experience At least 2 years in the semiconductor industryVendor training on primary toolset
Other requirements:Willingness and ability to travelFlexibility to work on shifts, overtime, stand-by, on-call, holidays, etc when required Well developed technical communication skills, as well as strong and effective interpersonal communication including written and verbal skillsAbility to understand customer process and assume responsibility for customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:
· May be exposed to cramped work space
· May be exposed to mechanical, electrical, and chemical hazards
· Occasionally required to work rapidly for prolonged periods of time.
· Will routinely bend, stoop, reach, or walk.
· Will be required to work overtime and/or travel on short notice, including unscheduled call-in from home and work other shifts as needed.
· Ability to routinely lift, pull, or push objects weighing up 50 lbs. without accommodation.
· Ability to effectively use hand tools, meters, scopes, and other pertinent specialized equipment.
