We are seeking a Sales Manager for our Embedded Solutions Business Group in North or South California.

 

Job Description:

Responsible for the promotion, design win and sales of MCU and ASSP products for the Embedded Solutions Group

 

Purpose:

To maintain existing customer revenue and grow Fujitsu's MCU and ASSP products by developing target accounts within the Embedded BG strategy.  Managing the FMA reps as outlined in specific territories.

 

Responsibilities:Maintaining the existing account base for California, Mexico and BrazilMaintaining target accounts outside existing Geographies but within NADevelop and maintain target accounts as outlined in the Sales strategyResponsible for forecasting at each of the responsible accounts and related CM'sCoordinating the proper technical resources in support of design winsEstablish a working relationship with the embedded BG teamProfiling the major accounts, specific requirements and the ability to communicate these to the appropriate marketing/management person by documenting the dataDevelop contacts at all levels of the major account in a professional manner. Director level and above is preferred at the target accountsProvide marketing with product and competitive data necessary to the Embedded Business Group.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Business Degree5 - 10 years of experience in salesSelf starter, ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationshipsMust have semiconductor experienceExperience maintaining major accounts or sales territory responsibility
