Our continued success and growth has produced a need for a talented High Volume Residential/Small Business Sales Manager in our Phoenix, AZ market. Position Description

 Manage a team of up to 10 sales representatives Prospect for new account customers while also building and maintaining relationships with existing accountsMaintain and exceed established sales quotasManage a sales team in an assigned geographic territory to increase the business within that territoryReports directly to General Manager

 Qualifications

 A minimum of 1-2 years sales management / burglar alarm sales experience preferred.Excellent management, organizational and time management skillsAn eye for detail and a proven track-record meeting & exceeding business planStrong networking skills desired
