Wintek Electro-Optics Corp. (WEO) with headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI is the US sales and engineering support organization for Wintek Corporation.  Wintek Corporation is a leading Taiwanese producer of small to medium sized standard and custom TN, STN, CSTN, Touch Panel and TFT LCD/LCM with 25,000 employees worldwide.  WEO is seeking a results-oriented and highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in our San Jose, CA office.

 

Responsibilities: Support and develop Sales and Marketing activities for standard & custom TN, STN, CSTN, Touch Panel and TFT LCD and LCM. Be a liaison between partners, customers and the internal engineering, sales, product development teams. Maintain direct account responsibility for major key accounts. Identify display requirements and technology to meet the needs of customers. Assist Sales and Engineering teams in understanding the needs and opportunities in the US market. Facilitate new product introduction and product improvement with customers and Wintek’s manufacturing operations.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years business/development sales experience Strong technical comprehension Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and positively Detail oriented with creative problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and results oriented with ability to multi-task Experience working with Asian Manufacturer a plus Electronic Components Industry experience a plus Ability to travel (50%+)
