As our Sales Engineer for the Oregon territory there are certain key Success Factors that will ensure your success and the growth of your territory. Here is your gameplan for success!
Success Factor #1 - Professionally Manage Territory to increase sales by $500,000 within 12 months Establish positive relationships with and fully qualify existing accounts - within 60 days Strategize with Manager & team members to develop Target Accounts - within 90 days Develop key new Opportunities at Target Accounts - within 90 days Utilize CRM tools to drive new Opportunities to successful close - within 90 days Expand and update territory CRM database to facilitate aggressive target marketing for your territory - within 90 days Achieve sales growth goals for each of our key product lines – within 6 months
Success Factor #2 - Grow your Sales and Technical skill sets to facilitate attainment of sales goals Be able to articulate ‘Why Automation Controls?” to potential customers – within 60 days Develop your solution sales skills to be able to: Identify customer product needs and be able to spec in our control & pneumatic products on OEM equipment or projects – within 120 days Understand and be able to articulate ACES - Automation Controls Engineered Systems and how we provide value with these services – within 90 days Identify & qualify customer system or project opportunities and provide compelling Automation Controls solutions to gain the business – within 120 days
Develop technical proficiency in the following key areas Sensing and inspection products – within 90 days Basic control products – within 90 days Basic pneumatic systems and how our solutions provide competitive advantage – within 120 days Motion Control products and motion system solutions – within 5 months Networking and data tracking products and solutions – within 6 months
Success Factor #3 - Professionally interface with your teammates and our manufacturing partners Develop strong team bond with your Inside Sales partners & support staff to maximize communications and customer relationships – within 30 days Develop strong relationship with our team of Application Engineers, Tech Support and Product Specialists to maximize their use in the growth of your territory – within 90 days Develop strong ongoing relationships and communications with our manufacturing partners – within 90 days
