Sales Administrator

 

Omron Automotive Electronic Components Company was established in 1983 in Nagoya, Japan, as a division of Omron Corporation. The company designs and manufactures a range of advanced electronic and electromechanical components and systems that enhance vehicle safety and reliability for automakers around the world. The company's products include relays, switches, sensors and electronic control units and remote keyless entry systems. It employs over 8,000 people worldwide. This Sales Administrator position will be located at our Sales and Engineering office in Novi, MI:

 

Position Responsibilities:

·  Receives and processes RFQ paperwork.

·  Receives and processes PO paperwork.

·  Receives and processes orders for sample parts.

·  Maintains database for assigned customer accounts.

·  Works to resolve all issues to customer’s complete satisfaction.

·  Prepares and coordinates documentation that is required by customers.

·  Provide inside sales communications with customers as requested.

·  Train and learn the customer’s communication system.

· Other duties may be assigned.

 

Position Requirements:

·  Mature individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·  Excellent organizational skills.

·Must be proficient with Excel and Microsoft Word computer skills, as well as data entry programs.

·  Must be detail orientated with good math aptitude.

· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
