SEA_DSC Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business with the existing Field Sales accounts within an assigned geography (region) and developing new strategic customers. The Regional Sales Manager's responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of Digital Imaging's strategies, directing and monitoring the activities of the district sales managers, reporting of regional activities to management, implementing sales and marketing programs and attaining sales goals of assigned territory or account base. This position also monitors the business planning and forecasting efforts for assigned customers.Common Essential Duties & Resp.

* Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the DSC, CE, IT or wireless industry* Minimum of 5 years of direct selling experience to DSC, CE, IT or wireless key accounts* Excellent sales skills* Solid team management/leadership skills* Strong communication and negotiation skills
