Now Hiring: GENERAL MANAGER The most important part of being a General Manager for a leading consumer electronics retailer is ensuring the very best service experience to our customers. As a General Manager, you will supervise and lead 100 employees. Perform Employee Relations/Personnel/Human Resources requirements including; payroll, new hire orientation, interviewing/hiring/terminating of staff, scheduling and managing labor needs. Manage proper store plan execution; ensure merchandising standards are met. Set goals to meet or exceed Community Relations involvement and Customer Loyalty/Customer Satisfaction Programs. Manage controllable expenses, cost analysis/budget planning, shrink, and inventory controls. Set goals to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives and quotas.
