Reliability Engineer

Reporting to the Power Solutions Test Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for performing reliability predictions, stress analysis, worst case circuit tolerance analysis, FMEA, fault trees, and failure analysis on low and high voltage power supplies, battery chargers and power management. Responsibilities: Â· Generate reports and analysis findings.· Devise sampling plans and procedures.· Draft FMEA sheets that identify units and circuits posing excessive failure risk to support changes in the design.· Advised and confers with engineers in design review meetings considering alternative design solutions to give reliability findings and recommendations.· Monitor failure data and prepare failure root cause analysis and publish results   Minimum Requirements: Â· B.S.
