The Regional Service Material Expeditor (Field Support Expeditor/Dispatcher)provides purchasing support to the Regional Service and Installation Business, including purchasing, order processing and delivery tracking in order to meet customer requirements and field equipment needs.  This position is an integral part of the Supply Management team working closely with Buyers, field technicians and the field management team to maximize the effectiveness, compliance and day-to-day management of the strategic supply base. 
 
Responsibilities Include:
Create purchase orders for equipment, requests for quote for material or subcontractors. 
Create i-Buy purchase orders for indirect material.
Coordinate the delivery of supporting ordering documents, ie: licenses, SOW and/or agreements.
Coordinate with technicians, fitters, PM's and/or subcontractors/suppliers to establish equipment delivery needs and supplier lead-times.
Track status of quotes and purchase orders for follow up.
Track equipment delivery status.
Support returned goods and warranty process.
Use Mastercard or WebPO to place emergency orders as directed; support Mcard reduction initiative.
Redirect mastercard charges to appropriate projects.
Support field, Regional Buyer and RSML in A/P invoice resolution.
Provide backup for other Regional Expeditor(s).
Execute and manage MTF/TRAP activity as required.
Support RSML and Regional Buyer to meet Supply Management objectives.
Requirements:
Understanding of HBS business; familiarity with HVAC, Automation Controls, Fire and Security equipment
Procurement experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced team environment with a variety requests and deadlines
Dedicated to meeting the expectations & requirements of internal and external customers
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal customers and suppliers to gain their trust and respect
Understanding and experience with supplier negotiations
Self motivated to respond to internal and external customer needs
Strong organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize work
Solid work ethic
Excellent computer skills
Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not required
