Regional Sales Manager - South
The executive recruiting consulting firm of Saenger Associates has been retained to conduct a search for a Regional Sales Manager – South for Kaleidescape (www.kaleidescape.com), a profitable, growth stage Consumer Electronics company that designs, manufactures, and distributes a high-end entertainment server for the home. Kaleidescape is based in Sunnyvale, CA, and has a culture that is entrepreneurial and values true teamwork, intelligence, accountability, and superior work ethic.Requirements
Ethics, humility, integrity, high level business intelligence, and accountability.Experience selling consumer electronics/technology-related products through indirect channels.Experience managing indirect/channel field sales, including hiring, managing and developing a sales team.Demonstrable experience exceeding aggressive revenue/growth targets.Highly metric and reporting oriented, with attention to detail, over communication to colleagues, and high quality output.Passion for a very collaborative environment.Bachelor’s degree; emphasis in Engineering / Computer Sciences a plus.Willingness/ability to travel.Residence in a large metropolitan area in the southeast US with easy access to a major airport.
Compensation: Competitive base salary, commission, profit sharing, stock options, and excellent benefits. Note: there is NO venture capital in this 7 year old company!
