Regional Audio Visual Sales – Hotel Services

 

Opportunity:  ITA audio visual solutions is seeking a results oriented, sale professional skilled in developing and maintaining dynamic client relationships at every level of the hospitality industry.

 

To be successful in this position one must identify, then directly solicit, promote and secure profitable contracts to provide Onsite AV Services to hotels in specific geographic areas.  The goal is to develop long-term partnerships with viable, quality hotel operators to facilitate the AV needs of their larger properties on a regional and national basis.

 

The “ideal� candidate will be well known in the full-service Hotel community with an impeccable reputation for at least the past five (5) years earned while soliciting and securing long term contracts to provide in-house AV services from full-service Hotel brands, REITS, management companies or franchise operators.

 

This individual may reside anywhere in any of the markets we serve which are:Texas, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Virgina, Georgia, and North Carolina.

 

Sought attributes include but are not limited to:

1. Being a self-starter with a solid work ethic who is able to work both independently and as a member of our team.

2. Having three (3) or more years of successful experience selling B2B services

3. Knowing the target market and having an existing customer base along with prospects or contacts to build upon

4. Possessing strong written, verbal, computing and interpersonal skills

5. Being irrevocably committed to:

a. exemplary client service

b. personal and business integrity

6. A willingness, desire and ability to travel 3-4 times per month for 2-3 nights each week

 

Additional strengths may include a demonstrated ability to restructure and organize operations and to increase performance and profitability; strategic sales and planning, general management and budgeting.
