Assist in fulfilling regulatory reporting issues. 30% travel performing customer radiation safety training. Perform employee training. Develop alternative training materials for customers and employees. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: § BS degree in Health Physics.§ Experience working in radiation safety program preferred.§ Ability to perform training classes independently, on the road, for groups of 30 participants.§ Ability to fulfill regulatory reporting requirements for our product in a timely manner.§ Must have strong database skills with Office Suite family.§ Ability to manage a dosimetry program.§ Ability to effectively assist customers with issues concerning the possession and use of our products.§ Ability to decommission instruments with radioactive sources.§ Ability to manage a radiation waste program. Responsibilities: § 30% travel performing Radiation Safety Classes for portable devices.§ General Licensing reporting to the NRC and states. § X-ray tube reporting to states.§ General Licensing reporting.§ X-Ray Tube device reporting.§ XRF Trade In Administration.§ State-by-State reciprocity and registration filings.§ General Licensing notifications for instrument shipments of training instruments.§ Specific Licensing notifications for instrument shipments of training instruments.§ Assisting internal staff with reciprocity and General License notification.§ Sealed source tracking, inventory, and leak testing.§ License verification assistance to staff.§ Assist in the development of on-line information materials, as well as dose profiling measurements projects.§ Radiation detection instrument calibration, tracking, and administration.Education: BachelorsJob Level: Experienced
