REPAIR LAB SUPERVISOR
Take responsibility for total customer service and repair satisfaction for this world class manufacturer of medical equipment. Need someone who can supervise 2 repair technicians and be a 'hands-on' supervisor (80% hands-on, 20% administrative). Biomedical service experience is not required but would be a plus. Emphasis is on knowing how to supervise a repair facility, plan & perform preventive maintenance, plan training & seminars to assist customers in reducing repair costs, participate in sales & promotion of service contracts, and handle administrative responsibilities. You must have a minimum of an AAS degree along with being computer literate, and must have a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience. Being bilingual (Spanish) would be an asset but is not required. Someone with a good attitude, who has the ability to communicate with technicians as well as medical professionals would be desirable. Will consider people from a nearby state, but there is no relocation assistance with the position.
